Brutal Wounds return to The Thunderbolt to launch their new EP.
Tim Kirby (Diatribe/The Loveless/The Cabal), Andy Curry (Hidden Bloom) and Jim Johnston (Monk & Canatella/Hexit) have come together to set alight the funeral pyre of 80’s and 90’s Indie. Savage baselines, crashing guitar and drums like thunder overlaid with the resolute hostile angst of Tim Kirby’s vocals recall the halcyon days of the 4 minute warning, the Miners strike and the poll tax riots. BRUTAL WOUNDS are here to testify that nothing much has changed.

THE BLUNDERS:Loud, full on and in your face. No-holds-barred dance-punk at its best - This band take no prisoners and are getting recognition for their live gigs across Europe. Politically charged with biting social commentary and savage humour, scathing of the mundane dross that permeates the culture of a dumbed society. Expect fat bass riffs, dancable beats and lyrics that stay with you for ever and ever and ever........
They have just released their second album, 'No Respite', in August, which follows the highly acclaimed 'People Get Smaller' from 2017.

The Remnantz still carrying the punk torch. All original punk pop tunes inspired by 4 decades of celebrating punk music and philosophies. Fresh from a garage near you.
