High-energy genre-binding fun band Mr Tea and the Minions are an exciting blend of Balkan Gypsy, Ska, Swing, Dub and Dance! Recent gigs in a summer of madness include Boomtown and Croatia’s Goulash Disko Festival, with a fun packed schedule planned over the Winter.

Formed in 2013 Mr Tea and the Minions first hit the stage in the early summer and have since been stomping around Southern England and Wales, particularly in their home of Bristol, and playing with renowned bands and DJs such as Electric Swing Circus, The Destroyers, Zen Hussies, Dizraeli and A-Skillz. Following a 5 month travelling break they returned to Bristol in May 2014 and have been all go since then playing many gigs and festivals all over the UK!

The Minions play a very dancy mixture of live Balkan Electro Swing madness with an infusion of soulful melodies, cheeky Eastern riffs and booming beats and bass! They’re looking to spread their fun and energetic live show as far and wide as they can!
